I recently stayed at The Beeches for a long weekend and couldn't have been more pleased. The owners are welcoming and friendly and the facilities were extremely comfortable. I found your Guest House to be perfect all round and will come back soon.

Just stayed at the Beeches and was very happy with the service and accomodation there. I will definately be returning soon.

WOW what a wonderful stay, very good value for money. Clean tidy and a very friendly.

only stayed one night but it was wonderful. breakfast was perfect and the room was clean and very plesant. andy was very frendly and gave us some brill advice on what to do and see in plymouth.i have book marked his web site and we will not stay anywhere else when we go to plymouth again. hopefully longer next time.

Many thanks for a wonderful long weekend stay in July this year. Our room was just as we viewed it on-line.Clean, comfortable, spacious and in a perfect position for sight-seeing. We will definatley use this B and B again should we visit Plymouth in the future.

Thank you very much Andy & Debbie for a very pleasant stay at the weekend 7th to 10th november '08. The room was comfortable along with the ensuite, the breakfast was eidible! only joking' we didn't take adavntage of the chefs full english as I don't eat much at breakfast time. Thank you also Chris for your 'waiting' on us. We had a very nice view at breakfast looking over the green on the Hoe, maybe next time I will be well enough to walk to the top Andy!

I stayed here for one month with a friend of mine whilst we were undergoing study-related work. I cannot praise the service at this guest house enough! The place is very beautiful and well-appointed AND in the process of renovation...I look forward to seeing the photos. The rooms were lovely and the staff... Not only were we well looked after as guests, we were made to feel very much at home and truly felt like friends. Deb and Andy are the loveliest people and Kris is very awesome and will make you the best cooked breaky in the world! Really missing breakfast...

The location is awesome as well, only a hop, skip and a jump to the beach. I would definitely recomment a swim there as well!

Anyway guys, I just wanted to say a massive thank you for everything you did for us and I hope I can return one day just to say hi. By the way, Europe was awesome Deb, you would love Venice! xxx

I stayed here over the weekend with my family and had a lovely time they are idealy placed close to the city centre and barbican the food was really good andy and chris were very helpful and gracious hosts we would surely stay here again if we get a chance.

I stayed at the house with a bunch of girls for a volleyball tournament over a weekend. Great location; easy to get into town for eating out or in (check out Ali Baba's for their kebabs). Rooms are small but the owners have made the best use of all the space, they are clean with good working, hot showers. The attic room is fantastic although it does need a blind for one of the windows (unless your wearing a sleep mask).

Now for the breakfast, absolutely gorgeous they don't scrimp on the quality of any of it and unlike a lot of B and B's; the meal fills the whole perfectly (even after a weekend of non stop volleyball and drinking). The staff are friendly and genuinely seem to like what they do. Highly recommended

Absolutely brilliant stay. All the other comments that Andy and Debra are so friendly are so true. Location is absolutely superb and what a "front garden" - Plymouth Hoe. Maximum of 10 minute walk away from the Barbican, shopping centre's and the sea.

The rooms were all clean and tidy, with nothing a problem - just ask! Andy's knowledge of Plymouth is superb and he was happy to provide details of places to see/recommendations as to where to eat.

Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return soon.

Wonderful stay. Great 5* service from staff. We have stayed at other BB's in the area and staff are very rude but here at the Beeches we felt very welcome. Breakfast was lovely with a scenic view of the Hoe. Great location and walking distance of the beach, and town. Will be coming back again!. Thank you very much.

Lovely clean room, well appointed and comfortable. Fantastically friendly people, Andy and Chris you guys would make a brilliant double act at the Comedy Show, best way to start the day for sure and, of course, best breakfasts we've had for ages. Will definitely be recommending you and coming back ourselves!

We would highly recommend The Beeches to anyone visiting Plymouth. Ideal location for the city centre, The Hoe and The Barbican. Faultless customer service, lovely room, great breakfast, nothing was too much trouble for Andy and Chris and everything you would expect from a high class bed and breakfast. We had a lovely stay with Andy and Chris, in a family room overlooking The Hoe. Nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was great and it's in a great location. We were made to feel very welcome and would stay there again.

Used as a base for navy days. The owners were on holiday but we were very well looked after by their son - I think. We (two couples) were placed in ground floor rooms which were very clean and well kept. Bedding and bathroom spotless (both very important to me). The only things I think need attention are the slamming front door (what about a self closer?). The bed in room 1 is against the hall wall so each time the door slammed the bed jolted. After a very long day walking around devonport, this was very unwelcome. Also the dreadful noise from the cistern/sink (I think in the room above number 2) as whenever water was run we thought a pipe had burst. Other than that, very nice, would stay again.
